Sleep plays a vital role to good health, thus should be taken seriously. Lack of sleep can lead to significant consequences. However, did you know, approximately 30% of primary school children and 70% of teenagers are in fact sleep deprived?
At the Parent Masterclass, Lisa Maltman will discuss how to combat child sleep deprivation. The workshop intent is to create awareness of the current level of sleep deprivation among students, while empowering parents with the knowledge and practical strategies to manage sleep health for the entire family. This Parent Masterclass is open to parents of The King’s School and Senior School students.
