Back to King’s 2022
6 August 2022 @ 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
The King’s School, along with the Family and Friends Association (FAFA) and the Old Boys’ Union (OBU) are incredibly excited to welcome the entire King’s Community to our ‘Back To King’s’ day, this coming Saturday 6 August.
As our Football and Rugby teams play Scots here on our hallowed turf, we welcome you all to North Parramatta.
The FAFA will have their marquee on the famous southern hill overlooking the JS White Oval, offering lunch for all families – whether you are from North Rocks or West Wyalong. All FAFA house representatives will be identifiable with their blue name badges so please come say hello, grab some food straight from the BBQ and all the trimmings – all for a donation to the FAFA. As always, all funds raised subsidise other parent functions over the course of the year – it all comes back to you! The FAFA will also have a coffee van available.
The OBU have a huge expected gathering – one of the largest series of School Reunions in our history. Buoyed by COVID’s cancellations in 2020 and 2021, we look forward to having as many Old Boys and their families here to enjoy the festivities.
The revamped King’s Café – which is proving incredibly popular – will be accompanied by an array of food vans on ‘Eat Street’ so that all your cravings will be sated. These will all be situated at the north side of the JS White.
Parking will be more of a challenge than usual, due to the number of people, our grounds being muddy and the changed traffic flow system for the day. For more detail, please see the map attached. The Broughton Corner will be closed to traffic heading towards our boarding houses and the Doyle Grounds, Wanderers, Old Boys and Massie sporting fields, however you will be able to park in this area of the School from 1.30pm onwards.

On behalf of The King’s School, our OBU and the FAFA, we welcome you all to our beloved school this Saturday and look forward to seeing our boys play in the Sky Blue and White.
