Learning Leadership Program

Learning Leadership Program

The Learning Leadership Program is made up of four interactive text books that are designed to develop leadership skills in senior school students. The Program is run over four years, from Year 8 to Year 11, and is usually undertaken in the tutor periods before school, studying leadership examples from around the world. Students also reflect on leadership elements, such as integrity, wisdom, courage and resilience, and receive instruction in a wide variety of leadership skills, such as how to give a speech, run a meeting, deal with difficult people, counsel effectively, prepare for an interview, write a resume and so on.

The Learning Leadership Program has become popular in many schools throughout the world. Most of the income from sales of the Learning Leadership Program is put towards the funding of a scholarship to The King's School.
