Junior Cru

 

Junior Cru is a Christian Group for Years 7 to 9. We meet every Wednesday at lunch in the Centre for Learning and Leadership.

Whilst having fun, we aim to connect with God as we look through the bible and get to know our Creator on a deeper level.

Junior Cru is lead by Mark North and Ed Yorston, with the assistance of Year 12 students.

  
   

 
  Niringiyamana Fund Raiser

 

The lunch time Crusader Groups at Kings Sponsor a boy called Niringiyamana (pictured below) through Compassion. A small group from Junior Crusaders, ran an event to raise money to support him.

The event was a great success and saw boys, teachers and even parents lend a helping hand to sell over 200 Spiders. (Ice cream mixed with a Carbonated drink!).
