Over the last few years the School has entered the
JA Thompson Sydney History Debating competition and in 2011 their results were sensational.
YEAR 5/6 SHOEBOX HISTORIC PLAYS
This Term, boys in 5/6H have been looking at leaders of the past and present.
WRITE A BOOK IN A DAY
Year, 5/6H and some boys from Year 6 participated in the challenge of writing a book in a day.

The King's School Tour Dates
Tours of The King's School Preparatory School 2012
For those interested in Kindergarten to Year 6. The Head of The King's School Preparatory School, Mr Keith Dalleywater, cordially invites prospective parents, students and friends of the Preparatory School to meet him and tour the Prep School.
Places on these tours may be limited, so bookings are recommended. Contact Admissions Assistant Ms Sharon Gough on (02) 9683 8423 (Fax 9683 8415) or email sgough@kings.edu.au to book your tour as soon as possible. Please let us know if you would like your tour to pay particular attention to one area of the School, such as Kindergarten/Infants entry, Years 3 to 6 academic facilities, information technology, cultural opportunities, sport or boarding arrangements.

Place to meet
Please meet at the entrance to The Preparatory School for these tours. Mr Dalleywater will welcome visitors to the School and Mrs Belinda Baxter, Director of Infants, will be available to answer specifi c questions about Kindergarten, Year 1 and 2 programs and facilities. A walking tour of Prep facilities will follow, and should take about one hour.

The Headmaster, Dr Timothy Hawkes, cordially invites prospective parents, students and friends of The King's School to meet him and tour the Senior School.

Please meet in Reception in the Administration Building
at Senior School for Senior School Tours. A bus and/or walking tour of academic and residential facilities will then take about an hour. Dr Hawkes
will welcome visitors to the School and address the tour for approximately 15 minutes over morning tea following the tour.
